       Every Monday from  8pm - 9pm

 This is a weekly class where we will practice breathing techniques and meditation together, and you will receive a guided meditation too. This is suitable for beginners and those already used to meditation, and is a weekly opportunity to be in the moment, slow down, and give your bodies and minds chance to rest. 

 

There are so many proven benefits to regular meditation, including:

 

• Eases anxiety & depression

• Allows you to connect to your true self, which enables self awareness and confidence 

• Reduces stress and lessens reactivity to stressful situations 

• Reduces inflammation - smaller inflammatory responses are seen in those who meditate compared to those who don’t!

• Improves sleep

• Improves brain health

• Eases pain & discomfort 

• Decreases blood pressure 

 

Learning to meditate and implementing a regular practice in my life was one of the best things I ever did for myself and my family. I’m really looking forward to sharing this time with you each week and know it will be a great way to start my week and keep me on track with my own practice.

Cost: Block of 6 sessions in advance for £60
Session drop in £12 (you still need to message beforehand to pay and check there is space)
